Please drink plenty of water or herbal tea and take time to rest today. Keep your skincare gentle for 24 hours—avoid active ingredients and heavy makeup.
Avoid hot baths, saunas, and intense exercise for the rest of the day. Keep showers warm, not hot.
You may feel deeply relaxed or slightly emotional—this is normal. Take a little quiet time to ground and relax.
